Hammer crusher
PC series of hammer crusher is widely used in metallurgy, mine, chemical, cement, coal, construction, sand making, refractory materials and ceramic industry. It is used in secondary or tertiary crushing, it is mainly suitable for crushing ores with compressive strength not exceeding 320MPa.
Hammer crusher is a crusher that directly crush those maximum particles size of 600-1800 mm material to 25 or less than 25 mm. Hammer crusher is suitable for crushing medium hard materials such as limestone, cinder, coke and coal in cement, chemical, electric power, metallurgy and other industrial sectors.
Hammer crusher is mainly composed of casing, rotor, bearing iron and grate, etc. The casing is divided into two parts. The steel plate is welded after cutting. The other parts are connected with bolts as a whole. High manganese steel lining plate is mounted inside the casing, which can be replaced after wear. Hammer crusher spindle is installed with an array of regular distribution of hammer, with the rotary table and hammer shaft to form a rotor.

Working Principle of stone hammer crusher:
The main wroking part of hammer crusher is rotor with hammer, the rotors consist of main shaft, disk, pin shaft and hammers.The motor drives the rotor to rotate quickly in the crushing cavity. Raw materials enter the crusher through the feed opening and are stricken, impacted, cut and ground by high-speed hammer. There is a screening palte under the rotor, so that materials with size smaller than the screen mesh will be screened out and others are left to be further hammered and ground until they reach the standard size. The size of the final product can be adjusted by changing the screening plate. The gap between the rotors and the screening plate can also be adjusted according to different requirements.
Hammer crusher is a crusher which can directly crush the materials with the big particle size to very fine particle. Hammer crusher is suitable for crushing medium hardness materials in cement, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy and other industrial sectors, such as limestone, slag, coke, coal and other materials in the crushing and fine crushing operations.
